元ゲームプランナーとしては、常日頃から、いや、もう子供の頃から、いろんなことを考えてきました。
そのアイディアを元に、サーバ管理者時代に各国の重要機関に潜り込んで得た機密情報、
まだ公表されていない科学技術情報など、私のアイディアをからめて、ここに密かに公表しようと思っております。。。

There is the most important secret that all world countries share.
It's the thing about the science.

The nation observes all the citizen and must control all.
Therefore they cannot give inconvenient wisdom to the citizen for the purpose.

I say once again.
The nation has the science that is far beyond our imagination.

I obtained a piece of the information of the miraculous science from a certain special route.
I interpret it in my own way, and I will announce the result studying here as "W-Notes".

The concealment of the information by the nation is not only Science.
For nation control, they manipulate even the history and also hide a certain existence.

It is a part of those concealed facts, but it is written down in this notebook.
